Bet Acceptance

Odds & Payouts

All odds are updated in real time, and the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are considered final. If an event is suspended or cancelled, the affected bets will be refunded or 7zebwill be settled in accordance with the relevant policy.

Bet Cancellation Scenarios

• If the event starts before the scheduled time.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If the event is fully cancelled or the minimum required play has not been completed.
• If there is evidence of match-fixing or manipulation of any event's outcome.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit is just ৳200. There are no deposit fees, and funds are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Funds are typically sent within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only. Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 10x.
• Reload Bonus: Available to eligible members on set days each week. Wagering requirements may vary per offer.
• Cashback: Cashback is available at a set rate on net weekly losses. Cashback funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements apply.
• Free Bet: Applicable to selected markets. The original free bet stake will not be included in any winnings.

In the following circumstances 7zeb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account:

• Operating multiple accounts or providing false information during registration.
• Misuse of bonus or promotion terms.
• Suspicion of involvement in betting manipulation or match fixing.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• KYC verification not completed.
• Threatening or abusing other members or staff.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, balances may be held during an ongoing investigation. Members may also request account closure at any time, in which case all valid balances will be returned.

• Deposit Limit: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: You have the option to set a maximum limit on your bet amount.

• Permanent Ban (Self-exclusion): If you wish to permanently self-exclude from betting, please contact our support team.
